Tartar Sauce


Use for any of your favorite fish dishes.  You'll love the zing and the sing of this one.

Tartar Sauce for Fish

½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped dill
1 Tbsp. chopped capers
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
Juice of half a lime
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bow, mix together all the ingredients.  Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least one hour to get fabulous.
